Brief Company Overview

Our CEO uses his 40+ years in community organizing and development to help others. Based on his extensive experience, we offer practical solutions to lingering community issues. Although our target audience includes those in urban America, we work closely with those in other areas to develop doable projects within urban America. What We Do

We find resources and link them up with realistic projects led by knowledgeable people in urban America. We use both products and services of others to bring about lasting change. If you want to help urban America, contact us and tell us about your available resources or idea!

Mr. Udell is very active with the Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.  Both are in Houston, Texas.

Helping businesses research, write and develop Business Plans for SBA/other loans, grants, and for potential lenders/funders. Helping businesses promote their operations through unique marketing and promotional ideas.

• Legal services contracts:

Helping businesses, corporations, home-based businesses, truckers, educators, foster home parents, and individuals access some of the best legal minds in the country so that we can have “equal justice for all” at a reasonable investment.

• Grant research and development:

• Community Outreach Program:

UDELL AND ASSOCIATES will coach your organization on

We help you develop your strategy, goals, objectives, methods, activities, evaluation plan, budget, and a plan for sustainability.  Much of the work is done in cooperation with Urban Awareness USA (www.urbanawarenessusa.org)

We can help you research and write your Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, apply for your IRS Letter of Determination, assist with your infrastructure development, and get you prepared with our network of legal assistance, insurance, accounting, and strategic development.
